DUAL – LINE SYSTEMS :
The
Pump delivery & relief lines are both connected to the change –
over valve. This valve system allows
the two main lines to pressurize and relieve alternatively. All
metering elements are piped into both main lines. The supply of
lubricant to the lubrication points is ensured when both main lines
have been repressurized and relived in correct sequence. An end
pressure relay situated at the end of the main line senses the differential
pressure between the two lines and regulates the change over. Dual
Line Systems provide reliable lubrication for large and extended
installations, on heavy duty plant and equipment working under adverse
conditions.

make manually operated pump is a basic lubricant compressor for
the manually operated Two-line centralised lubrication system. Our
Model Monomatic series is a semi automatic pump having an externally
mounted four way self reversing valve Model No. ‘COV-2’ for supplying
lubricant alternatively to the two supply lines and our Duomatic
series pump has an in-built push-pull type four way flow directing
valve for supplying the lubricant alternatively to the two supply
lines.The pump is complete with reservoir, tell-tale rod,pressure
gauge, line filter, filler connection and mounting bracket. For

Automatic Pumps :
 |
An
electrically operated End-Of-line system consists of a central pumping
unit with a flow –directing valve, two main Supply Lines and suitably
placed “SUR-LUB” Metering Manifolds.
The central unit is high pressure plunger type reciprocating pump
driven by an electric motor. The suitably placed metering manifolds
has a built in and Worm and Worm-wheel type reduction gear to obtain
correct cam shaft speed. The reversing Flow Directing Valve directs
the lubricant into one each of the main lines in turn , while the
other line is in relief. After the pressurised line injects the
lubricant to the bearings through the Metering Manifolds, pressure
increases in the line to a preset valve, and operates a Pressure
Control Valve located at the end of the longest branch (before the
last Metering Manifold) or alternatively at the central pumping
station. Operation of the Pressure Control Valve stops the Electrical
Motor and activates the reversing Flow Directing Valve, so that
the next cycle the lubricant many be delivered through the other
main line. In this range our models include Duotrol 60/120/133/150/300/500
C.C. min.
A relay logic Control Panel is supplied together with the Pump to
co-ordinate the entire electrical operation and also the resumption
of successive cycles at desired intervals. The Control Panel is
also designed to give Audio-Visual warning signals, in case, due
to any reason, a lubricating cycle is not found to be completed
within a preset stipulated period. Restarting successive cycles
of lubrication may be done in any of the following ways:-
(i) Automatically at regular intervals by help of an electrical
Time Clock.
(ii) Electrically inter-locked with the parent machine to make a
cycle of lubrication, whenever a preselected movement of the parent
machine takes place.
(iii) Whenever desired, by help of an over-riding Push Button.

vary in dimensions, inlet & outlet threads and discharge which make
them equivalent to their counterparts and also provides a wide variety
of combinations which suit the client’s exact requirements.

seals prevent leakage past indicator stems.

Outlet Series
'AFMC'
Two-line metering manifolds provide an economic means for positive
metering of lubrications into bearings.The ingenuous pistonvalve
combination in this series is so constructed that each piston is
capable of lubricating two bearings in two consecutive lubrication
cycles. Discharge from each piston can be adjusted by means of adjusting
screws located at the top of each indicator housing. Floating indicator
stems attached to each piston gives positive indication of operation.
Special seals prevent leakage past indicator stems.
